"The tickets you hold are valid for when the event is rescheduled. Alternatively, you may surrender your tickets for a cash refund. If you contact Mike, our treasurer with your name and phone number, he will ring you for your bank details and make a refund payment. Again, there is no need to do this, any tickets not returned are valid for the event when it is rescheduled."
