Wednesday, 24th August 2022 is Ukraine's Day of Independence!
To commemorate this special day a service to thank all those who have supported Ukraine and continue to offer help and support is to be held
Father Tara's Khomych and Bishop Tom Naylor will officiate an ecumenical prayer service which will be held in the Metropolitan Catholic Cathedral of Christ the King Liverpool L3 5TQ at 3.00pm
We envisage a live link with our twinned Cathedral in Drohobych in Ukrane which will be led by Bishop Gregory Komar
